ThomasLEWISPeacefully in Wellburn House Care Home on April 12th, Thomas aged 96 years. Much loved husband of the late Eleanor, loving father of Diane and Barry and also a dearly loved father in law, brother, grandfather and great grandfather who shall be deeply and sorely missed by all. Thomas was totally and utterly devoted to his family. Service and cremation to take place on Friday May 9th in the Bluebell Chapel, Stockton Crematorium at 11.30am. Would friends please meet at the crematorium chapel. Family flowers only please by request. Donations in lieu if so desired to the Great North Air Ambulance.
